FAILING AND REPEATING COURSES

  • A student is considered to have passed a course when he/she has received a grade of "A", "B", "C" or "D".
  • If a student fails a course, no re-examination is permitted. A failed course must be repeated at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • A failed course may not be repeated outside KCST and transferred courses will not replace failed courses at KCST.
  • No course may be taken more than two times. After the second failed attempt, the student will be advised to withdraw from the program. The student may appeal to the President.
